We aim to provide individualized care in an open, honest and friendly environment in comfortable, fully resourced facilities. The objective of the treatment we provide is a successful live birth though, whatever the outcome, we provide support and counselling, based on realism, honesty and humanity. We take into account, at every stage of treatment, the health and well-being of mother, child and family. We aim to work in partnership with GP's and other healthcare professionals to offer our patients an excellent service.
We offer treatment unconditionally with regard to age, status, race, beliefs and medical condition. No patient able to receive treatment is ever excluded on the basis solely of low chances of success.
We recognize that trust and credibility are the basis for our work. Therefore, we will practice in a responsible, professional and ethical manner to contribute to the confidence of society in the conduct of Reproductive Healthcare whilst respecting at all times patients needs for confidentiality, privacy and individuality. To acheive this, we will work closely with the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) and Regulatory Authority for Tissues and Embryos to ensure the highest standards of treatment, and compliance.
We remain committed to research to try to find new ways to overcome infertility to help patients realise their desire of having a child and maintaining our position as a centre of excellence in infertility teatment.
